Girls County Championship winners

Congratulations to Gillian Simpson of Murrayfield on winning the title of Midlothian Girls' Champion on Sunday at Ratho Park Golf Club and also to Shannen McGuire from Canmore who won the Fife Girls' Championship on the Strathtyrum Course, St Andrews also on Sunday the 14th .

We look forward to hearing of the other winners from the East and Stirling & Clackmannan.

Please visit the Order of Merit Table . It has been updated and shows that Gabrielle Macdonald heads the table with Rachael Watton a close second. The only results we are waiting for are the scores from each County Girls Championship.

Sally Naysmith of Dalmahoy wins Autumn Meeting

Congratulations to Sally Naysmith who won the Autumn meeting today at Balbirnie Park Golf Club with a score of 103 less her handicap of 32 for a net 71. Gillian Simpson of Murrayfield took the scratch prize with a 79. The playing conditions were not the easiest. The girls were lucky to escape any rainfall however the ground was very wet and the rough was very tough.
